Rita M. Devine, 57, of Cottonwood died July 9. She was born July 9, 1953 in Bardstown, Kentucky, the daughter of Howard and Geraldine Hornback.
She was a graduate of Clinton Community High School and attended South East Indian University.
She was a meber of Unity Church of Cottonwood and Sedona. A lover of animals, she rescued abandoned and mistreated pets.
Rita will be sorely missed by her freinds and loving family.
Her parents and two brothers, Jim and Bob preceded her in death.
Rita is survived her husband of 38 years, Jim; brothers Pat Hornbeck of Louisville, Kentucky, Joe Hornback (Nova) of Moore, Oklahoma, Fred Hornback (Vicki) of Bend, Oregon and Tony Hornback of Lousiville, Kentucky; sisters, Dorothy Watson (Gary), Theresa Walker (Bill) and Lona Dennis (Craig), all of Louisville, Kentucky; Franci Lambert (Chilly) of Bardstown, Kentucky and Marion Miller (Chuck) of Eastown, Kentucky.
Private memorial services will be held.
